About the Anitype Presets

Presets in Anitype are ready‑made combinations of animation settings and option choices that instantly shape the look and behavior of your text.

Each preset bundles together specific values — such as timing or motion style — into a single selectable style.

Presets act as creative shortcuts: instead of adjusting multiple controls one by one, you can apply a preset to instantly give your text a cohesive, pre-designed animation style. You can still fine‑tune any setting afterwards, but presets make it easy to explore different looks quickly.

Built-in presets

Anitype comes with a large collection of built‑in presets, each designed to showcase a different animation style or creative approach.

These presets are ready to use out of the box and are sorted at the top of the presets dropdown list.

They’re a great way to explore what Anitype can do, experiment with different moods, or quickly apply a polished animation style without adjusting individual settings.

To see video previews of all our built-in presets, open Galleries in the main Anitype page top menu and click on Buil-in Presets Gallery .

Custom presets

Description

Custom presets provide a quick way to save any animation you’re working on.

The custom presets are kept in the cache of the browser you used to create them. They’re only available on the same device and may be lost if the cache is cleared.

For a more permanent way to save settings, see the SAVE & LOAD buttons section on the Settings instruction page.

Create a new Custom Preset

Use the + button to store your current settings as a new custom preset.

After clicking the button, you will be asked to give a name to your new preset.
Choose a name that accurately represents your custom preset, and after clicking OK, it will appear at the bottom of the presets dropdown list.
